FBA, Multi-Channel Fulfillment and Buy with Prime for Shopify brands
Most Shopify brands launching on Amazon use FBA for Amazon orders. Multi-Channel Fulfillment lets the same Amazon inventory ship your Shopify orders, and Buy with Prime adds the Prime badge and checkout to your own store. The right mix depends on your size tier, volume and existing 3PL contract.

Can I keep my current 3PL?
Yes. Many brands keep their 3PL for Shopify and wholesale, and send a portion of stock to FBA for Amazon orders. We plan the split so neither location runs out during peak season.

Does Buy with Prime work outside the US?
At the time of writing, Buy with Prime is available to US merchants for US orders. UK, Canadian and EU brands usually rely on FBA plus MCF.
Is MCF cheaper than a 3PL?
It depends on your product size, order volume and the 3PL's rates. We compare both using your real order data before you commit.
Who handles Amazon customer service for FBA orders?
Amazon handles delivery and returns questions for FBA orders. Product questions and buyer messages still come to you, and our Amazon support team can answer them.
